It’s fluffier, it’s soft, and I can now make the most beautiful colours.
Since it’s been so popular, I’m sharing the recipe below.
It’s SO EASY.
No need to mess up your pot by stirring over the stove.
You simply put all ingredients into a big bowl, including boiling water straight from your kettle, and mix! Once it cools down you can kneed on your bench.
2 cups plain flour
½ cup salt
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp cream of tartar
1½ cups boiling water
