I take photos during my classes and share them on social media, and use them for marketing purposes. If you would like your child not to be included in my photos, please just let me know and I won’t include them.

Emails

If you purchase a ticket to my events, I will then use your email address to send you emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Cookies

To purchase a ticket to my events, this is done through eventbrite. They may keep your details to re-market you if look at an event and then do not purchase.

How long we retain your data

If you purchase a ticket, or sign up to my email list, the information and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up signups so that you receive loyalty perks.

What rights you have over your data

If you have booked a ticket to one of my classes, or signed up to my email list, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
